Kabreet Terms of Service

Welcome to Kabreet! By accessing or using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Kabreet (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Kabreet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under the laws of Egypt.
2. Description of Service
Kabreet is a dating app that connects individuals through personalized matching algorithms. Our services include profile creation, matchmaking, and communication tools. Additional features may be available through paid subscriptions.
3. Account Registration
- Eligibility: You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
4. User Conduct
By using Kabreet, you agree to:
- Respectful Interactions: Treat all users with respect and refrain from harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
- Authenticity: Provide truthful information on your profile and avoid impersonating others.
- Prohibited Content: Do not upload or share illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Compliance: Abide by all applicable Egyptian laws, including but not limited to those concerning privacy, cybercrimes, and intellectual property.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- Data Collection: Kabreet collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Data Use: We use your data to enhance your experience, provide matches, and ensure compliance with our Terms.
- Data Sharing: We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by Egyptian law.
6. Subscription Services
- Premium Features: Certain features are accessible only through paid subscriptions.
- Billing and Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable Egyptian laws.
7. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Kabreet owns all rights to the app, including but not limited to design, content, and software.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, Kabreet is not liable for:
- Losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
- User interactions or offline meetings.
- Interruptions or errors in service.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Amicable Resolution: We encourage resolving disputes through our customer support team.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
9. Standards Against CSAE
Purpose & Zero-Tolerance Statement
Kabreet enforces a zero‑tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards define our unwavering commitment to preventing, detecting, and reporting any CSAE-related content or behavior—ensuring the safety and trust of our platform and global user base.
Definitions

CSAE: Any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child—covering grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexualization of minors.

CSAM: Any visual depiction (e.g. photo, video, illustration, generated imagery) of a minor engaged in sexual acts.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
Kabreet strictly forbids:

Uploading, sharing, or distributing any CSAE or CSAM content.

Grooming, soliciting sexual activity from minors, or other exploitative behaviors.

Sexualizing minors, even via generated or fictional content.

Any usage of the platform to facilitate exploitation.
Preventive Measures

Age verification: Users must confirm they are of the legal age (e.g., 18+), with additional verification (e.g. selfie check) if needed to maintain safety.

Minimum age gating: Prevent younger users from accessing advanced features.
Detection & Moderation

Automated moderation: AI systems scan user-generated content (e.g., messages, profiles, images) for CSAE/CSAM indicators.

Human review: A dedicated Trust & Safety team oversees flagged content, ensuring context-aware decisions.
Reporting Mechanisms

In-app reporting tool: Immediate, accessible reporting options are offered within the app.

Direct reporting: Complaints can also be submitted via email or designated support channels (e.g., tech@kabreet.date).
Response Protocol
When CSAE or CSAM is detected or reported:

Immediate removal of violating content.

Account action: Offending accounts are suspended or permanently banned without notice.

Evidence preservation: Securely store relevant metadata or content for investigations.

Law enforcement reporting: Report confirmed CSAM officially to authorities and other relevant bodies.
Legal Compliance & Global Standards
Kabreet adheres to:

Regional and international laws (e.g., COPPA, GDPR, Online Safety Acts).

Platform-specific requirements, such as Google Play’s Child Safety Standards.
